Limitation of Liability

ASM Aeroglass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the contract value of the specific service provided.

Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and proprietary information remain the intellectual property of ASM Aeroglass unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to their project-specific requirements and specifications.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination terms and conditions will be outlined in project-specific agreements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Gujarat jurisdiction.
